ProIT LLC provides SMS text messaging to allow our employees to communicate directly with customers regarding IT support and service-related matters. This page explains how our SMS service works, how customers consent to receive messages, and how information associated with SMS messaging is handled.
About Our SMS Service
ProIT LLC uses SMS for low-volume, one-to-one conversations between individual ProIT LLC employees and customers.
SMS messages may relate to active IT support requests, scheduling remote or onsite service, technician arrival or appointment coordination, updates regarding an active service request, and responses to customer questions.
Messages are manually sent by individual ProIT LLC employees. Our SMS service is not used for bulk messaging, automated alerts, API-generated messages, advertising, or promotional marketing.
Consent to Receive SMS Messages
ProIT LLC obtains explicit consent from a customer before initiating SMS communication.
Consent may be obtained verbally during a telephone conversation or in person while assisting a customer with an IT support or service request.
Before sending the first SMS message, the ProIT LLC employee asks the customer for permission to communicate by text and informs the customer that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, replying STOP will opt the customer out, and replying HELP will provide assistance.
The customer must affirmatively agree before SMS communication begins.
Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing products or services from ProIT LLC.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on the customer’s support or service needs.
Message and data rates may apply according to the customer’s wireless carrier and service plan.
Opting Out and Getting Help
Customers may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP.
After opting out, the customer will no longer receive SMS messages from that ProIT LLC phone number unless they subsequently opt back in.
Customers may reply HELP for assistance.

SMS Privacy Policy
ProIT LLC uses personal information collected through SMS communications only as necessary to communicate with customers and provide requested IT support and services.
We may use telecommunications carriers, Microsoft, and messaging service providers as necessary to transmit and deliver SMS messages.
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
ProIT LLC does not sell mobile opt-in information or SMS consent information.
